Kitulgala Adventure Camp

Kitulgala Adventure Camp is a campsite created especially for Adventure sporting. Kitulgala Adventure camp is located in Kitulgala. Kitulgala is a town located in west of the road from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya that is in amid tickly forest hills. Kitulgala has once been a filming place for David Lean’s 1957 Oscar-winning epic "Bridge on the River Kwai" on the banks of Kelani River. Most of the visitors to Kitulgala Adventure Camp is from Colombo. At Kitulgala Adventure Camp you can do White water rafting, Flat water rafting, Confidence Jump, Stream Sliding, Waterfall Abseiling, Jungle trekking, Bird watching and Cave exploration. Other than that you can take river trips and expeditions.

Camping Adventures in Kitulgala Adventure Camp

Kitulgala adventure camp is located by the Kitulgala Kelani River in a serene location isolated from the busy areas and its about 250 meters inside from Kitulgala-Colombo main road. This includes 10 cottages and 10 permanent tents. All cottages are equipped with double beds.Comfortable mattresses are provided with bed sheets for tents.
